Horse Shoe Caye is approx 33 acres in size, its unique shape providing a natural protected harbor which is approx 40’ at it’s deepest. Its relatively remote location ensures privacy yet it is close enough to the main shipping channels for easy vessel access.
Grennal Caye is approx 8 acres in size. The island is very even, max. 9 ft in elevation.

Existing beaches could be enlarged. There are no buildings on the island, but after filling there is plenty of room for several buildings. As for building type and construction, the general rule is that all buildings are restricted to two stories in height.
The only English-speaking country in Central America, Belize was a British colony for more than a century and was known as British Honduras until 1973. It became an independent nation in 1981. Nowadays Belize is considered to be one of the „offshore tax heavens“.
